GTCO annual Autism conference scheduled to start tomorrow, 15th July, will now start on Wednesday, 16th July, 2025.
The adjustment is due to the public holiday declared by the Federal Government of Nigeria in honour of the memories of the immediate past President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR.
President Buhari died in a London Clinic on Sunday and will be buried in Daura, Katsina State on Tuesday.
According to a statement by GTCO, the Conference will now take place as a one-day event on Wednesday, 16th July, at the Muson Centre, Onikan, while the one-on-one consultation will go on as scheduled from Thursday, 17th to Saturday, 19th of July at Adeyemi Bero Auditorium, Alausa Secretariat.
GTCO strongly regrets any inconvenience the changes might cause the general public.
The statement added that the conference promises to be a meaningful and impactful conference on Wednesday, 16th July, and pledged continued support and commitment to creating a more inclusive world for children and adults living with Autism.
