It was a bumper harvest for some journalists on Sunday who were rewarded for their outstanding dedication and covering of Adron Homes and properties as one journalist went home with a car, another a MacBook laptop and a third one got an iPhone.

During an end-of-the-year party with media partners, which held at its Corporate Headquarters, Adron Court, Adeyemo Akapo, Omole Phase 1, the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, Aare Adetola Emmanuel King, applauded the journalists for being good partners, especially at promoting their products, making the company make tremendous mark in the industry that have placed them as the best Real Estate giant in Nigeria.

While unravelling packages the company rewarded deserving media men, he disclosed the company’s plan to build a journalist estate. In addition, he added that in the next three to four years, he would like to see their media partners having their cars.

“As we work and drive the business together, it’s also affecting your business. Today, somebody will work from home with a Camry car, a MacBook laptop and an iPhone.

“We are going to do more. You also need to look at your business model; what is next year going to look at? Ours is a symbiotic relationship, as we become bigger, so also, you will become bigger.

“We are building journalists Estate because we enjoy your partnership. On behalf of the Board of Directors, Directors and Staff of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, we want to appreciate your partnership. Is being you that made us stronger this year 2023.

“In the next three to four years, I want to see every one of us have a car. We would ensure that everyone that is here promoting our products, also has landed properties with us,” the GMD reiterated.

Presenting the awards to the beneficiaries on Sunday, 17th December 2023, Aare Adetola Emmanuel King explained that the lucky winners were selected according to the ranking and visibility of Adron Homes and Properties Limited in their site among over 100 sites.

He further explained that the criteria used in selecting the lucky winners were strictly through the strength of their websites, visibility (publication) of Adron Homes & Properties and promoting the Adron brand.

The grand prize winner of a Toyota Camry was Mr. Wole Adepoju, Publisher of www.justnews.ng. Wole, who couldn’t control his excitement shed tears of joy. For several minutes amidst cheering and hugging from other journalists, he stood speechless as he wiped hears from his eyes.

When he spoke, he said, “I am short of words. I don’t know what to say other than thank Adron Homes and Properties Limited for the car gift and promise to do more to justify the unexpected gift.

The second prize went to Damilare, Publisher of Lagos Post Online, who got a Macbook laptop, he expressed gratitude to the GMD/CEO and the management of Adron Homes.

The last prize of an iPhone went to Michael Costa, the Publisher of www.pentalk360.com.ng. All the winners expressed shock at singling them out for the prize.

While speaking to our correspondent, Wole said that he has always hoped on God for a vehicle. “I wanted a vehicle but because of the surging price, I couldn’t afford my kind of car. Thankfully, God has used Adron Homes and Properties Limited to bless me with one.”

Apart from the gifts to media men, the GMD announced a slash of 50% for a scheme that will enable journalists to have their land with Adron Homes and Properties Limited and such payment will spread across 24 months.

They were gifted other mouth-watery Christmas gifts.
