The much-anticipated 13th Pan African Leadership Symposium and Honours (PALESH KIGALI 2024), has kicked off in Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda with prominent ex-African and diplomats in attendance.
Major General Dayo Olukoju (retd), a retired Two-Star General in the Nigerian Army delivered a thought-provoking lecture at the Executive Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Masterclass in the ongoing symposium.
In his lecture in the masterclass, Maj Gen Olukoju who spoke on the topic, “Dilemma of Armed Forces in Peace Support Operations and its Impact on Sustainable Peace Building in Africa,” revealed some of the challenges in peace support operations.
The conference which is powered by the United International Peace and Governance Council (UNIPGC) AFRICA in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Peace and Governance (CIPG), USA; Highstone International University, California, USA, and Lifesquare Leadership Initiative has in attendance individuals of proven integrity and knowledge in various fields of human endeavors.
According to the Global Chairman and President of the United International Peace and Governance Council (UNIPGC), Ambassador Dr Jonathan Ojadah said the conference would be of invaluable contribution to the peace process in Africa.
PALESH KIGALI 2024 has the theme: “Peace Leadership and the Role of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mechanism for Emerging Conflicts in Africa,” started on the 4th -9th March, 2024.
