As the United Nations Peace and Governance Council (UNIPGC) is preparing for the Pan African Leadership Symposium and Honours (PALESH NIGERIA 2025), Prof. Patrick Lumumba PLO has been confirmed among distinguished foremost African leaders to deliver a Keynote Speech at the 14th Edition.
PALESH NIGERIA 2025 is scheduled to hold from 5th April 2025 at the Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre (NAFRC), Oshodi-Lagos, Nigeria.
Making this disclosure in Nairobi, Kenya recently during a courtesy visit by the UNIPGC Global President, His Excellency, Amb. Dr Jonathan Ojadah, to the Office of Prof. Patrick Lumumba PLO, said other distinguished speakers on Day 3 of the conference include His Excellency, Former President of the Republic of Botswana, Ian Khama.
Others are His Excellency, Thabo Mbeki, Former President of South Africa; Her Excellency, Chief Dr Jewel Howard Taylor, Former Vice President of Liberia and Matron, UNIPGC AFRICA; Hon. Constant Mutamba, Minister of Justice, DR Congo and H. E Johnson Kangombe, Mayor of Chingola, Zambia.
