…PRESENTS CERTIFICATES TO 60 NARC GRADUATES

The Participants of Leadership Skills Development Course 13/2025 of the Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Abuja graduated on Friday 19 September 2025, after two weeks of intensive training programme.

The 60 Participants were issued certificates that were presented to them by the Special Guest of Honour, Maj Gen AS Ndalolo, the Chief of Training (Army).

He was represented by Maj Gen I Otu Deputy Chief of Training (Army) Training Linkages and information.

In his remarks, the COT (Army), urge the graduates to utilize the two weeks Training in their various Units for others to benefits in terms of mentorship, critical thinking, the ability to adapt to changing situations and decisions making process. This, he said would greatly impart on its operational, administratives and managing logistics challenges.

While the Director General Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC) Major General James Gwaza Khalifa Myam (retd), appreciated the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede for his supports, adding that the course will further promotes team work amongst cadre officers.

He noted that the selections of the participants were deliberate by the Army Headquarters to get them working in teams during operations they are exposed especially in leadership skills.

In a statement, the Acting Deputy Director, Army Public Relations,
Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Abuja, Maj Kolawole Bello adfed that the event was also witnessed by the Executive Director NARC, Maj Gen S Dairu, Senior Research Fellows, Research Fellows, Directors, Subject Experts, Consultants, members of the academia, both serving and retired senior officers and Resource persons amongst others.
