GITEX NIGERIA 2025 ROADSHOW

The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), in partnership with the Lagos State Government, has wrapped up the 6th and final stop of the GITEX Nigeria 2025 Roadshow in Lagos. The event, held on Thursday, July 31, marked the culmination of the South-West regional engagements.

With the theme “Bridging Nigeria’s Innovation with Global Opportunities,” the Lagos stop brought together startups and innovators from Oyo, Ondo, Ekiti, Osun, Ogun, and Lagos States. Participants showcased groundbreaking solutions and ideas that highlight the region’s growing role in shaping Nigeria’s tech future.

Representing NITDA’s Director General, Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, Dr. Ayo Eniola reiterated the Agency’s commitment to nurturing local innovation and providing global platforms for Nigerian startups. He was joined by Mr. Richard Brooks and Mr. Akande Ojo, representatives of the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), GITEX’s global partner.

The Lagos Roadshow officially rounds off the nationwide tour ahead of GITEX Nigeria 2025, which will take place from September 1–4 across Abuja and Lagos.
