As the campaign for the Anambra State gubernatorial election on the 8th of November heats up, with solidarity for the re-election of Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Youth Assembly, Onitsha North Chapter, restated its commitment to support the governor ahead of the November governorship election.

Comrade Iwundu Ugochukwu, the group’s coordinator, commended the governor for his exceptional leadership and remarkable achievements in the state.

He stated that Governor Soludo has made significant developments in key sectors of the state’s economy, including infrastructure advancement, healthcare, security, education, digital innovation, agriculture, and youth empowerment, positioning Anambra State on the path to sustainable growth.

“The Soludo administration has delivered visible results that reflect good governance and accountability. From improved roads and schools to youth inclusion in policy and leadership, the Governor has continued to set new standards in governance,” he affirmed.

The group also reiterated its loyalty to APGA, describing it as a party rooted in integrity, grassroots connection, and people-centered policies.

“APGA remains the party of the people, tested, trusted, and committed to a better future for Anambra,” they declared. “We urge all youths in Onitsha North and across the state to come out in large numbers to support Governor Soludo’s re-election so that the progress already made can continue.”

In a related development, 60 support groups with 120,000 members under the aegis of All Soludo Support Groups (ASSG) have endorsed Governor Charles Soludo’s second-term bid.

To demonstrate their support, the groups presented Governor Soludo with N30 million for his re-election campaign at the International Convention Centre, Awka.

This development comes on the heels of a similar endorsement by Anambra State students, who donated N2 million for Soludo’s re-election. This is coupled with the activities of a grassroots support group, called the ‘Soludo Vanguard’, who are also mobilisng for the governor’s re-election campaign.
