In what comes as a New Year’s gift, the government on Monday slashed non-subsidised LPG price by ₹120.5 per cylinder. “The price of non-subsidised LPG at Delhi will decrease by ₹120.50 per cylinder w.e.f. January 1, 2019, due to fall in price of LPG in international market and strengthening of U.S. dollar-rupee exchange rate,” the Indian Oil Corporation said in a statement.
