As the Reality TV show: Celebrity Come Build Naija gets more interesting with enchanting Revelations of the ingenuity of contestants, the show is gradually given birth to its first lovebirds, Rosemary Afuwape popularly known as Rosie and Michael Ugochukwu Stephens a.k.a Ruggedman.
The lens of the camera has not stopped beaming at them stay together and when the cameras are switched off, they find an opportunity better to engage in amorous conversations and intimacy.
In an exclusive chat, the CCBNAIJA Reality TV Show stars Rosie and Rapper Ruggedman gushed on each other, talking about their mutual love, their expectations, the show and much more.
At first, when the celebrities hooked up on the show, most people predicted it was just a show-off. A month into the show, the lovebirds have deepened their romance rumour as they set the social media on fire with amorous pictures. Excerpts:
PEOPLE AND POWER: Are you having a relationship?
Rosie: Yes
Ruggedman: I concur, yes
PEOPLE AND POWER: How and when did the love spark up?
Rosie: I think the first week when we came back to the show after the training sessions/lectures.
Ruggedman: I can’t agree less! Even though she’s a bully, but yeah no problem.
PEOPLE AND POWER: Any response?
Rosie: Humm! As if he’s not the one Ruggedman: I am innocent oh!
PEOPLE AND POWER: What attracted both of you to each other?
Rosie: (Smiling and blushing). He’s funny and teases me a lot. However, when he’s serious, he means business and he is serious. Importantly, he encourages me as well to pursue my dreams.
Ruggedman: (beaming with radiating smiles) “I think her long nose (laughs). She’s one of the most beautiful girls I have ever seen. She’s very intelligent. That’s why I always ask her to sleep early so that she can pursue her dream. It’s when you sleep that you dream, so pursue your dreams.
PEOPLE AND POWER: You were separated due to a task, how did you feel?
Rosie: Separating us didn’t let us get distracted in any way. I mean, we know what we are here for regardless of whatever. When he comes to check up on me, sometimes, I’m too serious with my work that I don’t notice he’s there. my teammates will have to touch me. I will still be the first to tell him to go back to his team to work, reminding him that are here for something. He obeys. It’s all about the care.
Ruggedman: It doesn’t stop us from doing what we are doing really. Even when I go to peep, she’s the first person to say (Mimic Rosie) “Go back to your team.” But it’s okay.
PEOPLE AND POWER: How were you guys able to sort out the misunderstanding you had during one of your tasks on site?
Rosie: Because everyone joined in and I was the only one at some point doing the wiring which wasn’t the deal.
Ruggedman: For me, it’s no issue. You can’t live without having issues definitely and I think there was some kind of misunderstanding. I don’t think. Do you want to do tilling? So, why were you picking my tape and measuring? But you should have told Funky Mallam to join you because it was just four of us.”
PEOPLE AND POWER: Aside from the romantic drama, what more should we look forward to?
Rosie: Is sure. It’s a win-win anyway.
Ruggedman: opined: “I am looking forward to us working, to be doing a lot of things because she’s already doing a lot. Madam works too much. Look forward to me trying to catch-up and then hopefully I pray she wins it or I win it. We will cut it into two.”
However, Friday’s task was about plumbing fixtures, which included the Water Closet, Shower, Water heater, Washing-Hand Basin, etc. As the rainy day brought in much coldness and the eviction fever felt among potential evictees, other contestants are quite uncertain who will be out of the show come Sunday evening.
