Call him the crème de la crème of the Real Estate industry, you are absolutely right. Describe him as a philanthropist imbued with the passion to develop human capacity and ensures people’s well-being, you are extremely in tune with realities.
For Chief Charles Mba, Chief Executive Officer of CDV Properties and Development Limited, a Real Estate development company, he has consistently demonstrated the exact meaning of philanthropy; making a positive impact and living indelible marks in people’s lives.

Engr Gbajobi noted that bestowing Chief Charles Mba, with the highest academic honour in Nigeria; “Doctorate Degree by a top Global Citadel of Learning, European American University, among other first-class Entrepreneurs,” is a glaring testimony to his astute and indefatigable contributions to human development and wealth creation.
“Ladies and gentlemen, let us celebrate the ‘Odogwu’ himself for being outstanding in his chosen endeavours and for sure, you are a worthy mentor to all and an exemplary leader for many of us,” Engr Gbajobi reiterated.
Chief Mba is known for his exemplary characteristics with an avalanche of demonstrable and multifarious donations both within and outside. As a philanthropist, he has made a tremendous impact on the entire society by touching lives and creating ultra-rich with a galaxy of individuals hence he has created wealth in his state and Nigeria in general.
