
The Commandant of the Nigerian Army School of Finance and Administration (NASFA), Major General Monday Ihanuwaze, and Honourable Commissioner of the Public Complaint Commission, Lagos State, Honourable Hafeez Adekunle, have paid separate courtesy visits to the General Officer Commanding (GOC) 81 Division, Major General Farouk Mijinyawa, at the Division’s Headquarters in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The visits are aimed at strengthening existing collaborations and fostering greater synergy between the Division, NASFA, and the PCC for more effective service delivery.
Disclosing this in Lagos on Wednesday, the Acting Deputy Director, Army Public Relations 81 Division Nigerian Army, Lieutenant Colonel Musa Yahaya said the visit took place on the 7th October, 2025.
Adding that during the visits, the Commandant NASFA, Major General Ihanuwaze reaffirmed his commitment to enhancing the long-standing relationship between NASFA and the 81 Division.

He assured NASFA’s dedication to upholding high professional standards in its training programmes for clerks and accounting personnel.
In his response, the GOC congratulated the Commandant on his well-deserved appointment and commended him for maintaining high standards at NASFA and assured him of the Division’s continued support.
In a related development, the Honourable Commissioner of the PCC, Lagos State, Honourable Hafeez Adekunle, also paid a courtesy visit to the GOC.
He sought enhanced collaboration and support to enable the Commission to effectively carry out its mandate. The GOC reaffirmed the Nigerian Army’s impartiality and commitment to fairness, highlighting its mechanism for addressing complaints and ensuring justice within its ranks.
