The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has arrested and charged one Mr. Samuel Ojeogwu and three others for alleged involvement in criminal conspiracy, trespass, assault, criminal intimidation, theft, and cyberbullying.
According to the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, the case originated from a petition received by the FCT Metro Area Command on October 28, 2025.
Following the petition, the police issued several invitations to Mr. Ojeogwu for questioning, which he reportedly failed to honour.
Subsequently, acting on a duly issued warrant of arrest from a competent court, police operatives apprehended Mr. Ojeogwu in Lagos and conveyed him to Abuja for further investigation.
Upon the conclusion of investigations, the suspect was charged to court on November 6, 2025, on multiple counts bordering on criminal conspiracy, criminal trespass, assault, criminal intimidation, and theft. He has since been remanded by the court pending the fulfilment of his bail conditions.
SP Adeh reaffirmed the Command’s commitment to upholding professionalism, due process, and the rule of law in the discharge of its duties.
