The immediate Vice President of Liberia, His Excellency, Chief (Dr) Jewel Howard Taylor is set to deliver a lecture at the 13th Edition of the Pan African Leadership Symposium and Honours (PALESH KIGALI 2024) on Friday, 9th March, 2024, in Kigali, capital of Rwanda.
The theme of his lecture is: “Peace, Leadership & The Role of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mechanisms for Emerging Conflicts In Africa.”
The symposium is organised by United International Peace and Governance Council (UNIPGC) Africa and Chartered Institute of Peace & Governance (CIPG), USA in collaboration with Lifesquare Leadership Initiative
Other speakers and discussants at the PALESH KIGALI 2024 which will hold between 6th – 9th of March, are Ambassador Dr. Morie K. Manyeh; Sierra Leone High Commissioner to United Kingdom and Northern Ireland; on the topic: “The Future of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Africa; A Panacea for Sustainable Peacebuilding.”
Others are Hon Dr. Pratt Memunatu; Sierra Leone Ex-Minister of Culture & Tourism on the topic: “Cultural Diplomacy; A Conceptual Approach Towards Sustainable Peace Through Tourism;” and Major General Dayo Olukoju (retd), on the topic: “The Dilemma Of Armed Forces in Peace Support Operations and its impact on Sustainable Peacebuilding in Africa.”
While Prof. Oniye Abdulrazaq Senior Lecturer, University Of Rwanda will serve as the Moderator, H. E Ambassador (Dr) Jonathan Ojadah, Global President & Chairman, Supreme Council, UNIPGC USA, is the host.
