The stage is set for an exhilarating gathering of innovators, policymakers, and tech enthusiasts at the Art of Technology Lagos 6.0 (AOT Lagos 6.0), where the Lagos State government’s visionary leaders will take center stage.

His Excellency, Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, and Deputy Governor, Dr. Obafemi Kadri Hamzat, will lead groundbreaking discussions on the future of technology in Lagos, underscoring their administration’s commitment to making Lagos a leading digital powerhouse in Africa.

One of the key highlights of AOT Lagos 6.0 is the anticipated launch of the Lagos State Digital Service Platform by the Ministry of Innovation, Science, and Technology.

This innovative platform aims to streamline government services, making them more accessible, efficient, and user-friendly for residents and businesses alike. The digital platform aligns with Lagos State’s Smart City goals and promises to revolutionize the way citizens interact with government services, improving transparency and accessibility.

“AOT Lagos 6.0 isn’t just an event; it’s a milestone in our mission to drive digital transformation across Lagos,” said Honourable Commissioner for Innovation, Science, and Technology, Olatubosun Alake. “With the launch of the Digital Service Platform, we are taking a monumental step towards a smarter, more connected Lagos.”

The event will hold on December 5, 2024, AOT Lagos 6.0 is set to be an iconic event that will shape the future of AI in Lagos, with Governor Sanwo-Olu and Deputy Governor Hamzat leading discussions on how AI can transform industries, create job opportunities, and drive economic growth.

It was gathered that attendees will get a firsthand look at the new digital service platform, a tool expected to set new standards for e-governance in Nigeria.

The Art of Technology Lagos is an annual event designed to drive digital innovation in Lagos. This year’s edition focuses on artificial intelligence (AI) and its impact on industries, employment, and the economy at large.
