The need to ensure that local enterprises thrive and promote entrepreneurship in the food retail sector is one of the main fulcrum for the GTCO Food and Drink Festival 2025.
With the 8th edition of the GTCO Food and Drink Festival, key-starting from Friday, May 2nd to Sunday, May 4th, 2025, at GTCO Centre, Plot 1 Water Corporation Drive, Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos, every attendees is going to have one of the best showcases of food and drink festival ever.
GTCO Food and Drink Festival 2025 is designed to be a fun laced with live music, entertainment, and avalanche of cuisines from around the world.
According to Charles Eremi, Corporate Communications, GTCO, during a press conference on Tuesday, 29th April, 2025, at the Corporate Headquarters, GTCO in Victoria Island, said that this year’s edition would be the biggest food and drinks festival in Africa.
He explained that apart from the excitement it brings, it would remain as one of the unforgettable festivals. Therefore, he called on the media to give it the best of coverage from different perspectives while highlighting the diverse experiences and activities that attendees would expect.
During GTCO events, masterclasses will be a key feature of the festivals, to which Charles noted that this year’s edition would be with an accomplishments of music, entertainment, with clusters of food and drink options.
During the masterclasses, designed to educate and entertain attendees, it will provide excellent new skills and insights into the world of food and drink.
Those to feature include Cristian Duhalde Kids Pizza Making Class; Jambalaya vs. Jollof: The History & African Influence, with Tamra Patterson; Celebrating North Louisiana Cuisine: “It’s What We Eat”_ with Hardette Harris and Fundamentals of Japanese Cuisine_ with Hiroo Nagahara among others.
The GTCO Food and Drink Festival 2025 is designed to be a family -friendly event, with a dedicated Kids’ Arena that promises to keep young attendees entertained and engaged.
