INEC CONTINUOUS VOTERS REGISTRATION: SENATOR NWAOGU URGES ELIGIBLE VOTERS TO REGISTER

As the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) launches the Continuous Voters Registration Exercise nationwide, Senator Nkechi Nwaogu PhD CON, a distinguished parliamentarian, has encouraged electorates to seize this opportunity by registering and updating their data to actively participate in the electoral process and have the right to vote and be voted for.

The Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) made the call through her Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Onyendi Victor Kelechi.

The ex-bank chief reconfirmed that only qualified voters have the constitutional right to fulfill their civic obligation.

Senator Nwaogu emphasized that the exercise is essential for active participation in the upcoming elections, encouraging all eligible voters to take part.

The CVR exercise will take place from Monday, August 18, 2025 (Online) to Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Physical registration at designated centres will commence on Monday, August 25, 2025. She concluded
