The Federal Ministry of Interior on Monday organized its inaugural training on pitching and presentation of innovative ideas for staff as part of efforts to strengthen creativity and improve service delivery within the Ministry.
The training, organized by the Reform Coordination and Service Improvement Department, focused on equipping staff with practical skills for presenting proposals, structuring ideas clearly, and confidently pitching innovative concepts aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Participants were guided on effective techniques for engaging review panels and improving the quality of their submissions during the session.
Speaking at the event, the Director of the department, Gloria Vera Azuroh, described the initiative as a significant step toward strengthening the Ministry’s innovation drive.
According to her, the training is expected to encourage staff to develop practical solutions that will improve service delivery and enhance operational efficiency across the Ministry.
In a statement by the Head of Press and Public Relations at the Ministry, Mrs. Mary Ali, Azuroh also reaffirmed the department’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote creativity, professionalism, and continuous improvement in the workplace.
