The Governor of Anambra State, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, has approved the appointment of Mr. Joachin Chinedum Achor as the Acting Accountant General of Anambra State.

According to the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, Achor’s appointment takes immediate effect.

Achor’s rise to his present appointment as Acting Accountant General exemplifies excellence and dedication to public service in Anambra State.

He rose through the ranks from entry level to Director, Permanent Secretary, and now Acting Accountant General.

The Accountant General is expected to continue to align with Governor Soludo’s policy of prudence, accountability, and judicious application of the state’s resources. This underpinned the transformation Anambra is currently going through under Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo’s administration.
