NARC GRADUATES 60 FROM LEADERSHIP SKILLS, CREATIVITY COURSE

NARC GRADUATES 60 b

The Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC), Abuja, has successfully graduated 60 participants from the Leadership Skills Development Course 11/2024.

The event was held at Hall B, Tukur Yusuf Buratai Block of the Centre on Friday, November 21, 2024.

The course, it was learnt is designed for middle and junior cadre officers of the Nigerian Army, including Corporals and Warrant Officers.

With a curriculum focused on equipping participants with essential leadership skills, creativity, and critical thinking, the programme was aimed to bridge identified leadership gaps, fostering optimum performance and professional growth within the Army.

The Special Guest of Honour, the Acting Chief of Army Staff, Nigerian Army, Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede, who was represented by the Chief of Training (Army), Major General SG Mohammed, presented certificates to the graduating participants.

The ceremony also had in attendance the Director General of NARC, Major General GA Wahab (retd), as well as consultants, Directors, Resource persons, and officers from the Centre.

The course denotes the NARC’s commitment to enhancing the leadership capabilities of the personnel of the Nigerian Army through continuous professional development and capacity building.
