
The Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC) has announced its readiness to commence the screening exercise for candidates of the 12th Regular Course, following a successful test-run of its Computer-Based Test (CBT) examination systems.
The Commandant of the Academy, AIG Patrick A. Atayero, mni, MSc (UK), MBA (USA), psc, on Friday led a technical team to inspect and test the CBT facilities in preparation for the screening exercise.
According to a statement by the Academy’s Public Relations Officer, DSP Musa Isah Umar, the test-run was conducted to ensure the smooth and efficient conduct of the examination process, as well as to reaffirm the Academy’s commitment to a transparent, merit-driven, and credible selection procedure.
After thoroughly assessing the equipment and systems, the Commandant expressed satisfaction with the level of preparedness, assuring applicants and the public that the Academy is fully ready for the commencement of the screening exercise.
He further reiterated the Academy’s unwavering dedication to excellence, fairness, and professionalism in the recruitment and training of future police officers.
