The Nigerian Ambassador to Liberia, Mrs Bola Muhammad has received Real-Emmiwuks, who is currently enroute from Nigeria to the United States of America with a bicycle.

He was received at the Nigerian Embassy in Monrovia, Liberia with fanfare and treated to a lavish dinner.

Describing the reception as “the most unforgettable days of this adventure,” Emmiwuks, who began the “Project Nigeria To USA” over a month ago, said that a meeting that was meant to be a simple meet-and-greet turned into a full celebration, a party filled with love, joy, and encouragement.

“The reception I received today is the greatest I have experienced since I started this journey. Seeing the smiles, the excitement, and the pride in everyone’s faces was overwhelming,” he reiterated.

While expressing satisfaction, he thanked Ambassador Bola Muhammad, and the entire staff of the embassy for their hospitality and believing in his mission and for standing with him, stressing that “your support and encouragement mean more than words can ever describe.”

Also, he expressed appreciation to Mrs. Jully Okonkwo, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Africana Kitchen, for the delicious meals served during the occasion and for her continuous support throughout the journey.

His appreciation also goes to Mr. Joseph T. Iber, for his brotherly care. “This journey is bigger than me; it is about hope for orphans, IDPs, and vulnerable children across Africa. And today, the Nigerian Embassy in Liberia reminded me once again that together, we rise.”

Real-Emmiwuks also commended Mr. and Mrs. James Kange from Benue State, Nigeria, for inviting him to their home in Monrovia for dinner.

“What made it even more special was that his lovely wife prepared my favorite soup, Okro (Atuur), something I’ve been missing so much since I started this journey. The taste and the love behind it truly felt like home away from home.

“We ate, laughed, and shared stories. Most importantly, they encouraged me to keep pushing forward, they told me that success is ahead and there’s no looking back. Their words lifted my spirit and gave me fresh strength for the road ahead,” he added.
