
His Excellency, Amb. Dr. Jonathan Ojadah, the Global President of UNIPGC and Permanent Representative to the United Nations, has been nominated as a hero in the Peace-Making category for the upcoming Mashujaa Day celebration in Kenya.
This prestigious honour recognizes his outstanding contributions to advancing peace, good governance, and sustainable development across Africa.
Mashujaa Day, a national public holiday in Kenya, is celebrated annually on October 20th to honor heroes and heroines who have made significant positive changes to society. Dr. Ojadah’s nomination is a testament to his dedication to promoting peace and stability and his commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of people across the continent.
As part of the celebration, Dr. Ojadah has been invited to attend a ceremony in Nairobi on October 17th, 2025, in preparation for the main event in Kitui County on October 18th, 2025.
The event will be graced by the President of Kenya, and Dr. Ojadah will be officially recognized and honored for his contributions to peace-making.
The National Heroes Council, chaired by Hon. Angwenyi Jimmy Nuru Ondieki, MGW, has extended an official invitation to Dr. Ojadah, and arrangements have been made for his accommodation during the event.
