The Nigeria Online Media Alliance (NOMA), has congratulated Comptroller Frank Onyeka on his promotion and decoration recently to the enviable rank of Comptroller in the Nigerian Customs Service (NSC).

Comptroller Onyeka is in charge of Tincan Island Port Area Command, whose remarkable leadership prowess has been marked by significant milestones.
