The Ogun State Police Command has announced the recovery of a lost purse at an AP Filling Station located beside the Police Station in the Ibafo area of the state.
According to a statement issued by the Command, the purse was found and promptly secured by police operatives, while efforts are currently underway to identify and return it to its rightful owner.
The Police advised any member of the public who may have misplaced a purse at the location to contact the Command Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Oluseyi B. Babaseyi, on 0816 238 2281 for necessary identification and claim.
The Command commended members of the public for their cooperation and support, noting that such collaboration continues to aid effective policing in the state. It also reiterated its commitment to the protection of lives and property across Ogun State.
The recovered item is being kept safely pending identification by its owner.
