- CP Sunday Babaji Reiterates IGP’s Assurance to follow Statutory Entry Requirements to the letter
The Commissioner of Police, FCT Police Command, CP Sunday Babaji, while reiterating the good wishes of the Inspector General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, invites all candidates who successfully completed their online recruitment registration in the ongoing 2021 recruitment exercise into the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) Constables, for physical and credential screening.
The screening will kick-start from 800hrs daily, at the FCT Police Command Conference Hall, Block B, FCT Police Command Headquarters, No. 1 Zaria Street, Garki 2, Abuja.
The various schedule screening dates in their respective Area Councils are as follows;
Tuesday, February 1, 2022: Abaji, Abuja Municipal
Wednesday, February 2, 2022: Bwari, Gwagwalada
Thursday, February 3, 2022: Kuje, Kwali
Friday, February 4, 2022: Mop Up
However, all applicants are expected to proceed to their various screening venues as specified, dressing in clean white T-shirts and shorts, with nose masks as all COVID-19 protocols will be strictly adhered to.
Also, applicants are requested to come along with the following mandatory basic screening requirements, neatly arranged in two white flat files with recent passport photographs attached:
- National Identity Number (NIN);
- Original and duplicate copies of credentials – O’ Level Result(s), Certificate of Origin and Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age;
- Print out of application submission confirmation/profile page
- Duly completed Guarantor’s form
Any candidate who fails to present (1–4) above, will not be considered for screening.
According to a statement by the FCT Police Command spokesperson, DSP Adeh Josephine, the CP also emphasized that the screening exercise is absolutely free of charge at all levels, warning criminal elements at both perpetrating and receiving ends to take heed as serious punitive measures will be taken against culpable elements.
