Senator Nkechi Nwaogu, Ph.D., CON, Ugonwanyi Ndi Igbo has hailed the former Governor of Abia State and the Chief Whip of the 9th Senate, Distinguished Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, MON as he clocks 61.
