Twenty-five youths and a groom have been arrested for engaging in a pre-wedding ceremony drug abuse competition by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in Katsina state. The officers acting on intelligence disrupted the drug abuse competition in a community popularly known as Shola Quarters, Katsina, and arrested the participating youths.
