PUBLIC ALERT ON FRAUDULENT LINKEDIN ACCOUNT IMPERSONATING EVC OF NCC

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has cautioned the public about a fraudulent LinkedIn Account created to impersonate, the Executive Vice Chairman (EVC) of NCC, Prof. Umar Garba Danbatta. Director, Public Affairs of the Commission, Reuben Muoka, in a statement, said the account was obviously created by some unscrupulous and criminal elements with a view to defrauding unsuspecting members of the public and users of social media who may think that such an account belongs to the EVC of NCC.
