A new NSCDC Anambra State Commandant, CC Michael Ogar has assumed duty as the 16th substantive State Commandant following his deployment by the Commandant General of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi.
